Diagnostic
A short, time-boxed engagement: we look at how your business actually runs, find what is breaking and what is holding, and hand over a written assessment with a system proposal. It is the first piece of work rather than a sales call — understanding comes before building, the way a doctor examines before prescribing.
System build
The design, build, and deploy of your custom system. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline — the agreement stands on the outcome, never on hours.
Ongoing partnership
After launch, the relationship continues: maintenance, small improvements, and advisory access on a monthly retainer. You keep your technical relationship — we do not disappear after deploy.

Who we are
May Enterprises was founded and is led by Dorien May. We keep the team small by design: strategy, architecture, design, code, and deploy stay with the same people from first conversation to launch, so nothing gets lost between the people who understand your business and the people who build for it.
We build at production grade: real systems with proper architecture, payments, and reliable operations. And we hold what you see to the same standard as what runs underneath — so we care how a system feels and reads, not only whether it works.
We run our own business in Slovakia and work primarily with Slovak owner-operators, increasingly internationally.
Case studies will appear here once the systems currently in build go live and prove themselves in daily use. We write them up only when the outcomes can be described concretely.
